How can we help?
Write to us any time. A real person reads every message.
Or, inside the app, open Settings › Send feedback. It fills in your app version and iPhone model, which helps us fix things faster.
Common questions
How do I connect Apple Health?
Tap Connect Apple Health when you first open the app and allow the workout data you want to use. If you skipped it or turned something off, go to Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › And Done and switch the categories on.
My workouts don't show up.
And Done shows the workouts saved in Apple Health. Check that the workout appears in the Health or Fitness app, and that And Done is allowed to read Workouts in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. If the app has no access, it shows sample workouts so you can still try every template.
Why doesn't my workout have a map?
Map templates need the workout's GPS route in Apple Health. Indoor workouts don't have one, and some apps and watches sync the workout to Apple Health without its route. Open the workout in the Fitness app: if there is no map there, there's no route for And Done to draw. Workouts without a route can still use every other template.
Why doesn't my card show where I worked out?
The place name comes from where the route starts. Workouts without a GPS route show only the date.
How do I share to Instagram Stories?
Tap Share, then Instagram Stories. Instagram needs to be installed. Full sends the whole card as your story; Card sends it as a sticker you can move and resize.
Why is my video shorter on Instagram?
Instagram accepts up to 20 seconds of video shared from another app. To post a longer clip, choose Save to Photos (up to 60 seconds) and add it from Instagram's own picker. You can trim a video to the part you want in Style › Photo.
Is my health data uploaded anywhere?
No. Your Apple Health data is read and used only on your iPhone. There are no accounts and no servers holding your data. See the privacy policy for the details.
How do I delete my data?
Everything the app stores lives on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it. Your workouts themselves stay in Apple Health, which And Done never changes.
